I talked with Dr. Peretti FACE TO FACE 10 minutes ago at his Bangkok GRS office today on 4/18/2012. He told me the stone is ROYAL BLUE. The cert will be out in 2 weeks.
BTW, I do not think Dr.'s word on royal blue can mean anything. What does royal blue mean? no one knows, only pop out from Dr.'s mind.
This is what I trust:
颜色：hue->B over B2P, saturation->60, tone->5
You have to annouce 3 wei in an measurable way (123456, abcdefg, hue, saturation, and tone)
before this, it is confirmed by my eye, my color chart, my sample stone, and two 40+ years experience super Thai masters. To tell the real color of these stones from these web pictures, totally impossible. That's why I am 100% against buying gems over the Web.
one more correction: Dr. will put the stone as 2.03ct in the cert, instead 2.04ct. Also the dimension on the cert maybe slightly different from what I measured.
